"As a first time customer purchasing over £50 of product none of the "incentives" advertised at the time were realised. Eg NO 2 free tea samples recieved, no discount. The purchasing process itself was disconcerting with regard to free postage if ordering more than £35 (only at the very last stage of payment did the reduction get applied), lastly - the product was not in stock and delayed for desptach for a day or two - I have lodged my complaint about this more than once now. A response is still awaited."

"Thank you for your review and I’m sorry you’re unhappy with the process and offering. To address your points: Free samples I’m sorry, someone forgot to put them in with your order. We will post some to you on Monday. Discount Our 15% off promotion runs during November so wasn’t available in October when you ordered. However it doesn’t apply to LeafCup products which are from the Trade range. Trade products have a totally different pricing structure and we don’t include them in promotions. This is made very clear in all our communications, on the site listing and at checkout. Shipping Unfortunately the functionality of the site means that shipping is added and then removed at the end of the process. Sadly there is nothing we can do about this. Please be aware that going forward we have taken away free shipping from LeafCup products for the same reason we don’t include the range in promotions. Stock We don’t carry the whole LeafCup range all of the time. I have now added a note to the category that orders will usually ship 5 – 7 days following order date. We should have made that clear to you at the time of order; I’m sorry we neglected to do that. Usually if there is a delay we’ll email you to explain. Despite all of this, I hope you’ve enjoyed your tea. Whilst it’s never nice receiving negative comments we do appreciate it as it will help us to improve our site and service in future.
