"Simon in your office did warn me that the decaffeination process does affect the taste of this product and he is right. I have had to give up caffeine and had hoped to find something that tastes as nice as a good cuppa, which I miss very much. Unfortunately this smells enough like the real thing to make you think that you might be getting the real thing, but the taste is a real disappointment to someone like me who always drank real leaf tea and knows what a good cup of tea should taste like. It's a nice try, and may suit some people, but I just find it too disappointing and now I've (sadly) gone caffeine-free I prefer not to pretend I'm getting the real thing. I am trying different kinds of herbal and so far your Rooibos is very good."
