"This was a present for my sister, who was delighted with her teapot. She also commented on how lovely the packaging was. I had put in the notes that it was a present and my sister said the outer box had a label saying it was a birthday present from us and the inner gift box had a handwritten label! I was very impressed that it was dispatched so quickly (later the same day) and I was kept informed of delivery dates and contacted to stay it had arrived safely."
